Working with Christina at Mobile Physical Therapy has been a pleasure. I had seen other PTs in the past for persistent hip pain, but experienced little to no improvement. By the time I found Christina, I was frustrated and unsure of what to expect. She immediately put me at ease by listening closely, asking questions, and explaining the “why” behind each part of my treatment.
Throughout our sessions, she helped reduce my pain and guided me through changes in posture and movement patterns. She also taught me stretches and mobility exercises that have made a real difference. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Christina gave me an amazing evaluation and treatment to help me prepare for my embryo transfer. She is very kind and thorough and I appreciated her hands on approach. I would highly recommend Christina and plan to go back for postpartum care!

Having been in physical therapy with Christina in the past, I recently added the group strength classes with Rachael to my routine and I have been impressed with how much strength training she can pack into an hour. Good for any fitness level, small class size, and individualized support. A nice, relaxed atmosphere to get stronger.
