Join us for a drop-in class to help understand your pelvic floor needs through exercise. Christina will guide you through your journey with a hands-on approach and education. Through your transformation, we will challenge you and guide you to transfer your newly gained knowledge and skills into everyday activities.
More than Just Kegels
Come Join Christina, the pelvic floor specialist, combining yogic and pelvic floor physical therapy practice into one class.
Studies have shown addressing the pelvic floor in such a manner is not only more effective than Kegels alone but has long-term effects on properly engaging your pelvic floor. But what does that mean or look like to you?
The class begins with yoga practice to prepare, energize and connect breathing techniques with pelvic floor muscles. From there we progress into strengthening, stabilizing, lengthening, and addressing dysfunctions through physical therapy practices. And finally, we finish our class with regeneration, restoring through yoga practice. The ideal blend of yoga and pelvic floor group class is this 90-minute session.
It is ideal for anyone who has a stressful holiday season (HA!), pelvic floor issues, postpartum, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, GI issues, low back pain, hip pain, and any other orthopedic issues.
We help create a healthy and strong pelvic floor.

Pelvic Floor is having its moment. Change is happening on congressional level and within our communities. Our libraries are hosting postpartum chats, moms are prioritizing self-care; everything I strived for in my career.
But what exactly is the pelvic floor. It’s complex, but what isn’t! Pelvic floor speciality in physical therapy encompasses the anatomy within the trunk (torso), it not only includes the bony parts of the pelvis, but also the tailbone, back, ribs, internal organs, musculature, abdomen and the famous pelvic floor muscles. A physical therapist in this area is the master at pressure management, minimizing the strain on the bottom of the trunk (pelvic floor muscles) and resets this system to work efficiently without causing dysfunction and all the while eliminating many of those “out of the blue” orthopedic issues.
Over the years, as a pelvic floor specialist I saw a missing link to providing clients a full experience of relief, living without apprehension and thriving. Although, private one on one sessions focus on the clients individual needs and sometimes internal examinations, the time spent manually working a client and education limits the time to exercise. Rather than rush at the end of the session to provide as many exercises as possible to encompass each client's needs, I formed group classes.
